Hello, and welcome to Habhab Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Please read the terms in this document carefully, as they outline both your rights when using Habhab services, and the rights you give to us when you use Habhab.

Thank you for choosing Habhab ("Habhab", "we", "us", "our"). Habhab is a naming studio that provides our customers with creative and customized naming services, as well as other products and services that might be introduced from time to time. Habhab operated through our website and mobile website, social media channels, forms, and any other media form that might be developed in the future (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing our packages, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Habhab Service" or "Service"), or accessing any content or material that is available through Habhab (the "Content"), you agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions and you are entering into a binding contract with Habhab.
Your agreement with us includes our Terms and Conditions section, any additional terms that you agree on as discussed on the Site, and other terms with any third party services that are integrated on the Site.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using Habhab Service, the Site, or access any Content.
2.1. packages options
You can find a description of our Service option and all included features on our website. We will work to the best of our ability to ensure the authenticity of each name presented, our Service, and overall, our entire operations at Habhab.
2.2. Revisions
You can always revise a suggested name. A name revision means that we will use one of the name concepts already submitted
by us to come up with a new name. A name revision doesn't include creating any new name concepts. Two types of name
revisions are provided:
— Free revisions: each package offers a limited number of free revisions as specified on our website. You cannot exceed the
number of free name revisions provided by our Service under any circumstances.
— Paid revisions: we offer you the option of purchasing paid name revisions as explained on our website.
2.3. Submission
You will receive the final name options in 1 document in PDF format only.
3.1. First Submission
The timeline for our Service included on our website will only start after you complete the payment and receive a confirmation email from us. After all, we are humans behind the digital screen. All requests received by you at late hours or during weekends will only be confirmed by us during reasonable working hours.
3.2. Delays in Timeline
You should expect delays in the original timeline of our Service if any of the following situations occur:
— Your brief was missing vital details, you left some questions unanswered, your answers were not clear, or any reason that
led us to contact you to clarify the brief.
— You did not complete your payment, and because of that, you did not receive a confirmation email from us.
—Habhab received an overwhelming number of requests at the same time and has to reschedule your naming session. We do apologize if this ever happens, and we will notify you immediately to freely choose to either reschedule your submission or cancel your request.
3.3. Revision Timeline
We did not include the revision timeline in the original timeline of our Service. We will set the revision timeline after receiving your feedback on the original names. Any delay in sending your feedback will cause a delay in the revision timeline.
4.1. Billing
We will send you a bill to finish your purchase through our third-party provider "Tap Payment". Your billed amount will match the package you chose from our Service.
4.2. Cancelations
The terms of cancelation of our Service are:
— You can cancel your request at any time before completing your payment of the Service through “Tap Payment” by contacting us (Contact us).
— You cannot cancel your request after completing your payment and/ or receiving a confirmation email. We will not refund
any amount already paid to us.
— We hold the right to cancel your request at all times, and you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Habhab.
When we process any refund, we will refund using the method you used for payment.
4.3. Changing packages
The terms of changing package of our Service are:
— You can change your package at any time before completing your payment of the Service through "Tap Payment" by contacting us
(Contact us)
—You can only upgrade your package (for example, from Few Habs to Core Habs) within one day from receiving a confirmation email from Habhab by replying to the confirmation email itself. By deciding to upgrade your package you automatically agree to the features of the selected new package and the new timeline set by us.
— You connot downgrade your package (for example, from Core Habs to Few Habs) after completing your payment. We will not refund any amount already paid to us.
— You cannot under any circumstance change your package after 1 day from receiving your confirmation email. You cannot upgrade or downgrade your package after receiving your naming options. We will not add any amount to an already paid bill or refund any amount already paid to us.
5.1. Your ideas
You are the sole owner of your idea, and your ownership does not transfer to Habhab when using the Service. To the best of our ability, we will keep all ideas sent to us private.
5.2. Using Our Service
The Habhab Service, the Site, and the Content are the property of Habhab. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
All Habhab trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Habhab brand (“Habhab Brand Features”) are the sole property of Habhab. The Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Habhab Brand Features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
5.3. Names Submitted
— We provide many names with each submission - you will ultimately own only one name.
— You should inform us of the name you want to own within three months of the submission date.
— We hold the right to reuse and resubmit the names that are disapproved or not chosen by the customer to other customers after three months of the submission date.
6.1. We are not responsible or liable for legalizing or registering your selected name in Saudi Arabia or any other country.
6.2. We are not responsible or liable for checking the legal availability or legal trademark for your selected name in Saudi Arabia or any other country.

6.3. We will only check for the availability of the website domain or Social Media usernames based on our Service features at the time of submission. We are not responsible or liable if our suggested website domain or Social Media usernames become unavailable at the time when you check them and/ or decide to purchase them.
6.4. We are not responsible or in any way liable for your idea's performance in the market.
6.5. We are not responsible or liable for damages occurring because of any third-party actions.
6.6. We are not responsible or liable if you find your idea in the market, whether before, during, or after using the Service.
We reserve the right to copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute:
7.1 Names and any additional work created by Habhab Service
7.2 All testimonials or reviews that are written directly to Habhab, through a third-party website, or publicly published online
7.3 All feedback, ideas, or suggestions to Habhab in connection with the Habhab Service or Content
7.4 User-generated content and any specific content created for Habhab
You acknowledge that points (7.1,7.2,7.3,7.4) are not confidential and you authorize Habhab to use them without restriction and without payment to you. These points (7.1,7.2,7.3,7.4) will be used for purposes of publicizing Habhab, the Services, the Content, or for any other lawful purpose. These points (7.1,7.2,7.3,7.4) may be used on websites, social media pages, or any other
distribution media.
